Digital Marketing Project Manager
Part-Time (Full-Time potential)
Primary Responsibilities: Work with the team to develop an overall digital marketing strategy. Work with the team to build and manage multiple social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Daily management, monitoring, and interaction with social media platforms. Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads to our social media channels and websites. Successfully manage and execute multiple projects and deliverables. Help implement, manage, and utilize different types of marketing technology platforms. Help project manage and develop initiatives for several campaigns and brands. Requirements: Excellent internet, Mac computer preferable, willingness to utilize Zoom, Slack, Gmail, Google Docs, etc. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing. Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions. Excellent writing abilities across multiple channels including social content, email, and blogging. Experience working with marketing automation tools such as: HubSpot, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, Hootsuite, etc. Proven ability to prioritize, be assertive and a willingness to take ownership is essential to success. Ability and willingness to learn new social tools (i.e., publishing platforms, SEO tools, content development tools). Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver - gets things moving and keeps them on track. High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities. Excellent interpersonal skills, can work efficiently in a team environment, and maintain composure and quality under constant deadline pressure. Strong team orientation is critical based on the collaborative culture of the office.
